Director: Quentin Tarrantino<\/strong> (1994)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Had it been his first movie, the “innovative” factor would have been off the charts, but this established that Tarantino was not a “one-hit wonder”. His style with prolonged detailed pre-wiki-know-it-all buddy dialogues interspersed with splatter-like action and chronological jumps was here to stay and a huge influence on the film-makers. Pulp’s ensemble cast is again outstanding and heralded the revival of Travolta, a boost to Willis, a great cameo of Walken, and the continued affection for Samuel L, Roth, Keitel, and Thurman. The plots in themselves are not that important, but the musical back-drop, the cultural references, and the enactment of the storylines are sublime and many cult mainstays herald from this movie, none more than the Twist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
